Both the push bar and the pulleys of the Pilates equipment are attached to a sliding part, which cannot be released from the bar when adjusting to different heights, so that by simply pulling the safety devices you can adjust them to the desired height.
Safety devices prevent the push rod from coming loose.
It allows for height adjustment along the bar, with 13 positions, as opposed to the traditional three. And no matter your height, you can always adjust it to adapt the exercise to your needs. Remember, the position of the body is fundamental for a correct execution of the exercise in Pilates.
The pulleys can also be adjusted to any bar height, allowing for greater angle possibilities for exercises with and without a box.
The length of the ropes can be easily adjusted by means of a clamping system that allows the Pilates equipment to be released or fixed in the desired position in order to perform the exercises correctly.
